With new therapies popping up constantly, it’s easy to feel lost. True healing goes beyond the mind—it needs us to look at the mind, body, spirit (and environment) and their interconnectedness. Without this holistic approach, it is impossible to fully overcome your issues.

We all have the power to heal—calming our nervous system, releasing toxins, and shifting our mindset. When we do this, anxiety, burnout and relationship struggles fade away.

Talking through your challenges is valuable, but real change requires more. By combining therapy with simple yet criticial lifestyle changes, you can break free from endless cycles of healing. If you’re ready for real change, these sessions offer an efficient way forward.

I’ve helped individuals navigate everything from trauma and depression to anxiety, low self-esteem, and the “What’s my purpose?” question.

 

MY PHILOSOPHY

Success comes from synergy. Mental health is too complex for a one-size-fits-all approach. I don’t expect you to fit into a cookie-cutter solution, so the process I use draws from multiple disciplines—all major forms of psychology (EFT, Gestalt, Person-Centered, PsychoAnalysis Transactional Analysis), Noetic sciences, quantum science, mind-body medicine and philosophy—to offer a well-rounded, deeply effective solution.

I’m also part of a small group of therapists who recognise that the self-help industry can sometimes fall short. We believe in living what we teach. 

What This Therapy is Not:

  • Endless rehashing of the past.
  • A space for just talking in circles.
  • An open-ended process with no direction.
  • A session without real, practical tools for change.

LOCATIONS

Sessions are available in-person near Askew Road, Shepherd’s Bush, London, or online via Skype. Flexible options for short, medium, or long-term therapy, typically 60 minutes weekly or bi-weekly.
